Kerr Controls seeks a skilled Residential HVAC/R Technical Support Specialist to cater to clients throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario. With over five years of hands-on experience, you'll troubleshoot various HVAC/R equipment, facilitate training sessions, and provide professional assistance to customers. Your technical knowledge on heat pumps, furnaces, and refrigeration systems will allow you to solve complex issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide post-sale support via phone, email, and onsite visits
• Troubleshoot residential and light commercial systems
• Conduct technical training for customers and staff
• Manage calls through the Technical Support Line
• Conduct onsite assessments and equipment evaluations
Requirements:
• Completion of an HVAC/R program with 5–10 years of experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and installations
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Excellent communication skills and diagnostic abilities
• Bilingual skills in French/English are a plus
