This role requires strong skills in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, ensuring properties are revitalized and comfortable for residents. Your expertise will play a vital role in executing maintenance tasks and addressing resident requests promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and operate personal tools and work vehicle

• Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work orders

• Address resident issues within 24 hours

• Repair and renovate units and common areas

• Perform minor electrical and plumbing work

Requirements:

• Proven skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work independently

• Valid Ontario G driver's license

• 5+ years of related maintenance experience
