As an experienced Automation Manager, you'll lead the design and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems and guide apprentices in meeting stringent safety and technical standards. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvements that enhance both performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement automation control systems
• Mentor apprentices on technical standards
• Monitor and analyze MHE performance metrics

Requirements:
• 2+ years in PLC automation and Ladder Logic
• Proven leadership in training and mentoring engineers
