Precision Drilling is hiring experienced drilling rig employees to join our rigs in Western Canada. They are seeking experienced employees who bring a high-performance, high-value attitude to every shift. Employees work 12-hour shifts performing physically demanding drilling, maintenance, and safety-related tasks while receiving ongoing training and opportunities for advancement. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career with Canada’s leading drilling rig contractor.

• Up to $55.70/hr
• Motorhand wage: $42.80/hr
• Derrickhand wage: $48.70/hr
• Driller wage: $55.70/hr
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Drillers
• $4,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Derrickhands
• $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Motor hands
• Camp accommodations available

• 14 days on / 7 days off rotation
• 20 days on / 10 days off rotation

• At least 1 year of previous oil rig experience
• Valid driver’s license
