Field Services Labourer at DECAST

The Field Services Labourer plays a pivotal role under the supervision of the Field Services Supervisor. You'll use effective communication, planning, and technical skills to ensure project efficiency and safety.

Experience with precast settings or concrete is advantageous, as is knowledge of OPS standards. This position includes responsibilities like performing resin injections and concrete repairs while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform resin injections and related work as required

• Install structures according to manufacturer specifications

• Communicate effectively with on-site contacts

• Set up safety equipment and assess worksite conditions

• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Experience in precast or concrete work is an asset

• Valid Ontario class G license for CVOR

• Confined Space and Working at Heights Certifications advantageous

• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
