As a Maintenance Technician at Aurora Cannabis, you are vital to ensuring equipment reliability and performance. With expertise in mechanical systems, you'll perform maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support continuous operations. Your attention to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will ensure safety and compliance in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and commission processing and facility equipment
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on machinery
• Execute precision alignment and calibration of systems
• Conduct welding and fabrication for equipment modifications
• Maintain compliance with GDP and regulatory documentation
Requirements:
• 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or regulated environments
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Experience with GMP and preventive maintenance systems
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and collaboration
