Experienced Field Service Technician Role

Toromont Cat is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician focused on crushing equipment. Provide expert repairs and services directly at customer locations using Caterpillar technology.

In this full-time role, you will utilize your 3+ years of heavy equipment service to maintain customer trust and ensure timely repairs. You will be part of a safety-centered team, emphasizing high standards and effective communication. Your hands-on experience will enable you to thrive as you engage in continuous learning with Toromont’s training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical issues using Caterpillar testing tools

• Deliver exceptional service directly to customer sites

• Follow all health and safety protocols rigorously

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Ensure repairs are completed within established timelines

Requirements:

• Heavy Equipment Technician License (421A)

• At least 3 years in heavy equipment repair

• Knowledge of Caterpillar systems beneficial

• Valid Driver’s Licence, DZ preferred

• Strong commitment to safety and quality
