- Utility Trucks & Equipment Boom /Bucket / Dump Trucks, Cranes, Digger Derrick.
- Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm, OT as needed
Service Technicians (310T, 421A, 425A, 310S) Journeyman, or Red Seal.You will play a critical role in keeping specialized utility trucks and equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the field. This is a hands-on role where you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain utility trucks, aerial devices, cranes, and other vocational equipment used by essential industries across North America.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose, service, and repair utility trucks, aerial devices, cranes, and related equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Repair truck chassis, PTO systems, aerial lifts, booms, and attachments
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications
- Use diagnostic tools and software (e.g., Cummins INSITE, DTNA, or similar)
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks after repairs
- Complete accurate service documentation and work orders
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards (CSA, ANSI, dielectric testing where applicable)
- Collaborate with team members in a professional shop environment
- Participate in safety meetings and maintain a safe workplace
- Work on specialized, custom-built equipment—not repetitive dealership work

- Ontario Certificate of Qualification (preferred):
- 310T – Truck and Coach Technician
- 421A – Heavy Equipment Technician
- 425A – Agricultural Equipment Technician
- 310S – Automotive Service Technician
- Strong experience with hydraulic and electrical diagnostics
- Welding and fabrication experience is an asset
- Experience with OEM diagnostic software preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
