About the Role

As a 310T Mechanic, you’ll keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. You’ll diagnose and repair vehicles, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and support daily shop operations as part of a skilled maintenance team.

Position Description Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Diagnose and complete all repairs safely and within company policy and manufacturer specifications;
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems;
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance;
  • Maintain up to date/organized work orders;
  • Communicate regularly with managers regarding repair status and concerns;
  • Work as part of a team to support the daily needs of the operation;
  • Maintain a clean & organized shop/equipment work area;
  • Provide guidance and instruction to junior maintenance personnel;
  • Suggest positive changes to processes or procedures to enhance operational efficiency; and
  • Observe safe work practices.
What You Bring
  • 310T or Red Seal License
  • Valid G License (DZ preferred)
  • Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems (asset)
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
