About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team, someone who takes pride in their work, is resourceful, and values a culture of quality and professionalism.

• Building, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures, as well as other materials.
• Understanding and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials with precision.
• Installing various components, such as doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Working independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Ensuring the work van is tidy and well‑organized at all times.
• Arriving on time each day and effectively managing time to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Completing daily paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ten years experience in residential carpentry.
• Ability to safely carry 80lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Steel toe work boots.
• Outerwear for all seasons.
• Tool pouch and all basic hand tools.
• Cordless impact, drill, circular saw, reciprocating saw, oscillating saw, grinder, trouble light and charger.
• Torpedo, 2 foot, and 4 foot levels.
• Physical stamina to be on your for each work day and 44 hour work week.

• Training in working at heights, articulating boom operation, and Schluter Systems would be an asset.
