Salary Range: $42.21-$45.24 per hour Plus Shift premiums Afternoon +$0.50/hr, Night +$0.65/hr, Continental Days +$1.00/hr, Continental Nights +$4.00/hr

Schedule: Rotating shifts (Straight Afternoon/nights or Continental Nights)

, you’ll be at the forefront of installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within a manufacturing environment. Your expertise in industrial electrical systems and equipment maintenance will be essential to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Install, maintain, repair, and test motors, generators, and electrical control systems
Support hydraulic and pneumatic electrical systems within production equipment
Install and repair wiring, conduits, receptacles, and electrical components
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and code specifications
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure safe and efficient system operation
Ensure compliance with quality systems and EHS standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, CI) within the maintenance function
Maintain equipment to maximize uptime and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma and/or college diploma in a related field
Industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
Industrial Electrician License (required)
Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred)
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and codes
Strong mathematical and technical problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
Exposure to automation systems and controls
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement practices
