We seek skilled Independent Contractors for ongoing apartment renovation assignments throughout Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge.
Your role will involve installing and repairing tiles, ensuring high standards in back splashes and tub surrounds. Enjoy bi-weekly payments and a clear pricing schedule without the hassle of bidding for new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install high-quality kitchen and bath back splashes
• Replace tub surrounds using best practices
• Execute grouting and caulking tasks
• Manage turnover projects for apartments
• Ensure timely and efficient tile replacements
Requirements:
• Must be an Independent Contractor
• Has a registered business and GST/HST number
• Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
• Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
• Provide own vehicle, tools, and have installation expertise
