We’re currently hiring a skilled and motivated Auto Glass Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering a WOW client experience. Whether working in the shop or out in the field, you’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
Install and repair auto glass (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices
Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards
Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop and in service vehicles
Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required
What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member
Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience in a similar trade)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Friendly, professional, and client‑focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service
Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment
Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights
Willingness to grow through our Paid Apprenticeship, Training & Tool Program
