You should have the ability to diagnose and repair electrical problems while documenting all work using provided systems. The role also includes assessing when additional services are necessary beyond electrical repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend service calls and repairs at residential properties

• Diagnose electrical failures and complete safe repairs

• Respond promptly to emergency service requests

• Provide documentation with photos and updates post-visit

• Communicate with all stakeholders clearly and respectfully

Requirements:

• Current and valid electrical license required

• Experience in residential electrical work is essential

• Must have reliable transportation and tools

• Proficiency in using mobile devices for job updates

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
