As part of Centi Mark Ltd., the Roofing Production Foreman will manage a crew while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and high standards. With a minimum of five years in roofing, you'll train and supervise a group of 6 to 12 crew members, collaborate with supervisors, and ensure excellent communication with clients.
Your role is pivotal in installing various roof systems safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train roofing crews effectively
• Enforce quality and safety standards on-site
• Work closely with field supervisors for project coordination
• Handle paperwork and utilize mobile time apps
• Ensure professional installation of roofing systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of roofing experience
• Knowledge of commercial roofing practices
• Current Driver's License necessary
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC roofing
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing heights
