Auto Glass Service Technician

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install and repair auto glass
    (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment

  • Operate tools and equipment
    safely and efficiently while following best practices

  • Deliver top-quality workmanship
    using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards

  • Accurately document
    all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)

  • Communicate clearly and professionally
    with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
    – in the shop and in service vehicles

  • Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls
    , including in-shop and mobile jobs as required
What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member

  • Proven experience
    in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands-on technical experience in a similar trade)

  • Valid driver’s license
    with a clean driving record

  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor
    – you’re the face of our service

  • Ability to work independently
    and thrive in a
    high-performing team environment

  • Reliable and punctual
    – you show up, follow through, and take ownership

  • Physically capable
    of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights
