Step into a rewarding role at Premier Equipment as an Agricultural Technician, specializing in diagnostic and repair services for various equipment. Utilize your mechanical expertise to enhance customers’ operations through top-tier support and maintenance strategies.
As a key team member, you’ll engage with customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain service excellence. Your experience will directly impact the efficiency of agricultural and turf machinery across Ontario, coupled with ongoing training through John Deere to keep your skills sharp.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute on-site diagnostics for agricultural equipment
• Engage in Service EDUCATE training programs
• Document service concerns and explain them to customers
• Promote service programs to increase customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Parts Department on effective inventory stocking
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of service repair experience
• Expertise in hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and lift 75lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license is necessary
