Drive your career forward as a Heavy Equipment Operator reporting to the Supervisor of Operations. This role involves operating various heavy machinery and maintaining safety during operations.
In this position, join a collaborative operations team focused on innovation and support. You will operate heavy equipment like rubber tire backhoes, loaders, and excavators. Daily maintenance checks and awareness of surroundings are essential to ensure safety for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate backhoe, loader, dozer, grader, and excavator
• Conduct daily maintenance circle checks on all equipment
• Ensure safety around other staff and utilities
• Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Valid MTO DZ class driver's license required
• Competent in operating rubber-tired backhoe and loader
• Availability for shift work during winter maintenance
• Reliable and positive attitude with good employment record
