Troubleshoot Diamond Game gaming equipment while delivering customer focused support onsite in Thunder Bay, Ontario, for approximately five hours weekly.
As a part time Field Service Technician, you will support electronic and physical ticket dispensers, payout stations, cabling, switches, and servers. The work includes Tier 1 support, remote repair, installations, reporting, and maintenance. You will communicate activity status and follow gaming equipment regulations at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first line support for customer requests
- Answer calls and log detailed support information
- Complete equipment and software installation tasks
- Assist Technical Services with basic repairs
- Follow regulations for gaming equipment maintenance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years technical or electrical experience
- Technical degree or certification accepted
- Knowledge of essential safety standards
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
