Industrial robotics troubleshooting defines this Field Service Engineer role with STQ Partners, supporting customers onsite and remotely across automation systems.
The Field Service Engineer supports a leading industrial robotics manufacturer’s growing operations. You will install and maintain robots, diagnose technical issues, interpret schematics, and provide responsive customer service. The position combines hands-on fieldwork, remote support, documentation, and logical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain industrial robots at customer facilities
- Troubleshoot automation equipment and investigate root causes
- Provide technical support by phone, email, and onsite
- Build customer relationships through professional communication
- Complete service reports and update technical records
- Two-year electronics degree or related technical qualification
- Three to five years of relevant practical experience
- Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and basic mechanical schematics
- Understand basic ladder logic through experience or training
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and good driving record
Apply diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills while supporting industrial robotics and automation equipment in the field.
