Mechanical Site Supervisor

Lead mechanical operations as a Supervisor for a top General Contractor in the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Region. Drive compliance and oversee piping scopes across Ontario construction projects.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding the day-to-day mechanical and piping work at various sites, ensuring that safety policies and project goals are met. The Mechanical Supervisor coordinates subcontractor performance and fosters collaboration among project stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical and piping site activities based on project specs

• Promote OHSA and safety compliance on-site

• Review installation drawings and work plans

• Plan, schedule, and optimize manpower and resources

• Monitor progress and maintain thorough reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years mechanical construction experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario’s standards and regulations

• Proficiency in construction project management tools

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Must hold a valid G-class driver’s licence
