GFL Area Supervisor BC

Be the driving force behind GFL’s Industrial Cleaning Team in Kitimat, BC as an Area Supervisor. This role blends management oversight with field readiness for outstanding service delivery.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee daily activities, customer relationships, and the safety culture within GFL. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years in industrial cleaning operations. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance and high-performance standards

• Develop strong relationships with clients

• Support budget preparation and management

• Conduct project scope and costing evaluations

• Regularly communicate updates to field staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years in operations or project management

• High School diploma essential;
Bachelor's ideal

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt
