Position: Mechanical Process Maintenance Lead Role
Elevate mechanical processes as a Maintenance Team Lead with LNG Canada in Kitimat, BC. This onsite role focuses on supervising maintenance activities while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

As the Mechanical Maintenance Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include developing technicians and ensuring efficient maintenance execution. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders and leads to draft schedules, prioritize work, and oversee compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will enhance operational performance and team competence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cost-effective execution of maintenance plans

• Help prioritize and manage work notifications

• Coordinate with other leads for scheduling tasks

• Monitor progress and communicate equipment status

• Facilitate quality toolbox talks for safe work

Requirements:

• Red Seal Journeyperson or Technologist required

• 5 years of maintenance experience in relevant industries

• Proven leadership in diverse workforce management

• Knowledge of cryogenic systems and turbine maintenance

• Capable of managing schedules and team performance
