Worley is searching for a motivated Project Manager to lead the Sustaining Capital Program at a brownfield aluminum smelter. This role will require expertise in managing complex project life cycles from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cost objectives. Successful candidates will engage collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to drive project success and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe delivery of projects per client requirements

• Oversee multidisciplinary teams through all project phases

• Monitor project scope, budget, and performance metrics

• Build effective relationships with stakeholders for alignment

• Promote best practices in safety and risk management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

• Significant experience in mining project management

• Proficiency in cost control and project scheduling

• PMP or similar certification advantageous

• Familiarity with industry-standard project controls software
