• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

• Operate low voltage wiring and associated devices

• Adhere to a structured inspection schedule

• Provide technical training to other staff members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams

• Experience with hand tools and multimeters

• Capacity for physical labor up to 40 lbs

• Valid driver’s license and background check compliance
