Miner - Driller

When opportunities become available, you will play a key role in safely supporting underground production by operating longhole and definition drills while contributing to a strong safety culture and team setting.

• Demonstrate visible safety leadership and follow all site procedures
• Operate longhole production drills, definition drills (with sampling cyclone), and cable bolters
• Conduct hazard identification and workplace inspections
• Complete equipment pre-starts and basic maintenance
• Maintain accurate shift reports and documentation
• Support and mentor developing miners
• Contribute to a respectful, high-performing underground team

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience operating heavy equipment (underground preferred)
• Experience with longhole drills, definition drills, or cable bolting is an asset
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Physically able to work 12-hour underground shifts and lift up to 50 lbs

• Remote, camp-based setting at Brucejack Mine
• 13 days on / 13 days off rotation (with travel days)
• Rotating day/night shifts, including weekends
• Underground mining environment requiring full PPE

The expected salary range for this role is CA $48.73 - 63.35.
