Secretary​/Bookkeeper; Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates development and distribution of various reports through Infinite Campus.
• Monitors fund balances of assigned programs and related financial activity to ensure accurate allocations, generate related revenues, and keep expenses within budget limits.
• Schedules field trips and transportation.
• Orders and maintains supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Building Principal.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a secretary/bookkeeper.
• Demonstrated typing and filing skills.
• Successful background, criminal records, fingerprinting and reference check.

• The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Must work in noisy environments with distractions.
• Prolonged sitting.

Candidates must submit to a Criminal History Record Check through the Maine Department of Education.
