Duties
You will plan on a quarterly or longer basis the overall use of subordinate personnel and other resources under their control.
You will update and maintain the Daily Lift Plan with current accurate information for the assigned project.
You will participate with management officials and/or engineering personnel to develop qualitative and/or quantitative work standards.
You will review and analyze work accomplishments, cost, and utilization of subordinates to evaluate work progress, control costs, and anticipate and avoid possible problems by recommending corrective action to superiors.
You will support the Equal Employment Opportunity Program and take positive action to ensure and advance equal opportunity within the area of responsibility and applicable laws and regulations and communicates this support to subordinate.
