The Kittery School District is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager for the Summer Program. The role covers kitchen operations and food service for the Kittery Community Center during the specified period.

• Ensure safe and sanitary kitchen operations in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare and serve meals for the school nutrition program.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with district nutrition staff and external vendors.
• Manage staff schedules and provide training as needed.

• Experience in school nutrition or kitchen operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job.
