The Kittery School District is seeking a highly qualified, certified General Elementary teacher for the 4th grade team at Shapleigh School. The successful candidate will have experience teaching in a Proficiency Based Learning system and will effectively communicate and collaborate as part of a teaching team.

• Valid Maine certification in General Elementary School or the ability to become certified in the State of Maine.
• Experience in a Proficiency Based Learning environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a teaching team.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Record Check through the State of Maine Education Department.
