Ed Tech II certification (or certifiable in the State of Maine)
Position Type:
Full‑time
- Assist classroom teachers in creating a warm and caring environment for young children
- Implement a research‑based preschool curriculum and administer developmentally appropriate activities
- Maintain confidential and accurate student records
- Supervise indoor and outdoor activities
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with other professionals, accept feedback from the classroom teacher
- Interact with children in a warm, nurturing manner to foster a learning and personal growth environment
- Help advance Kittery School District Vision 2030
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
- Ed Tech II certification or eligibility to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe (state of Maine)
- Experience working with early childhood students (Pre‑K – 3)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to supervise indoor and outdoor activities
- Experience maintaining confidential and accurate student records
