The Kittery School District is currently seeking a full‑time Pre K Ed Tech II at Mitchell School. The ideal candidate will have experience working with early childhood students (Pre‑K‑3) and will assist and support classroom teachers in creating a warm and caring environment, implementing a research‑based preschool curriculum, administering developmentally appropriate activities, and maintaining confidential and accurate student records.
Other essential duties and responsibilities include supervising indoor and outdoor activities, collaborating and communicating effectively with other professionals, accepting teacher feedback, interacting with children in a warm, nurturing way to foster a learning and personal growth–favorable environment, and contributing to the Kittery School District Vision 2030.
Candidates must submit to a Criminal History Record Check through the Maine Department of Education.
