GS-09 PAY SCALE: 69,905 TO 90,882 GS-11 PAY SCALE: 84,579 TO 109,959

• Experience developing, revising, and adapting assigned courses.
• Experience preparing lessons plans and training materials, based on course objectives.
• Experience conducting training research for budget purposes and for training quality assurance.
• Experience determining instructional methods and approaches, obtaining and/or developing necessary training aids, and determining time schedules and sequence of instruction.
• Experience evaluating instructional approach, developing student evaluation criteria, and evaluating performance in training.

• Experience revising and adapting assigned courses.
• Experience preparing lessons plans and training materials, based on course objectives.
• Experience assisting with training research for budget purposes and for training quality assurance.
• Experience determining instructional methods and approaches, time schedules, and sequence of instruction.
