Duties
Advise management and/or production officials on the most effective standards, processes, methods, systems, procedures, and type or form of organization to be used in accomplishing mission and goals.
Analyze management problems and initiate productivity studies to provide alternatives.
Analyze manpower requirements for the operation or organization to provide advice on the most appropriate distribution of manpower resources.
Analyze systemic feedback control (operational analyses) covering program status and effectiveness to provide input to management planning and scheduling.
