Conduct atmospheric testing for flammable, toxic, and oxygen-deficient or enriched atmospheres.;
Apply gas-free engineering concepts to identify, evaluate, and control hazards in shipyard environments.;
Conduct workplace monitoring, bulk sampling, asbestos surveys, and oversee OSH program elements.;
Review NAVOSH/NAVSEA standards and adapt criteria to local requirements to ensure compliance.
