Care Access Patient Concierge

Our Care Access Patient Concierge is responsible for greeting patients and assisting with questions or concerns, creating pre-registration accounts for all new and established patients, verify, collect and update required information. We have all shifts available, full-time, part-time, per diem at our York Hospital location. High School or higher education, and one year customer service needed. Knowledge of medical terminology, prior phone customer service or bookkeeping experience recommended.
