Hiring Incentive: $2,500.00 – eligible if requirements met.

We support the men and women who wear the flag by providing the essential lodging and support services at the Navy Gateway and Navy Lodge in NAS Lemoore. As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure the upkeep and repair of facilities, and support the mission of the local Naval community.

• Develop, coordinate, and execute short‑ and long‑range facility planning for preventive maintenance, including inventory management of maintenance stock and equipment.
• Perform general carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other repair tasks involved in the alteration, repair, and maintenance of buildings or equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations and maintain occupational safety and health training (OJT) for maintenance staff.
• Operate a motor vehicle as required for duty.

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience and knowledge to perform the duties of this position.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds, and to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Valid state driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre‑employment criminal and motor‑vehicle background check.
• Haz Mat training required within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations.
• Preferred:
  Professional certification or license in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or painting.

Standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tiring or uncomfortable positions. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
