You will plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Multi-Mission Dry Submersible (MMDS) Branch, ensuring that the work of the Deep Submergence employees complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
You will identify requirements and initiate requests for additional resources including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and spaces to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for all work assigned to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard pertaining to the Multi-Mission Dry Submersible (MMDS) program.
You will conduct technical reviews and evaluations of design proposals submitted by others (this includes work performed within the code, outside the code and by contractors/academia).
