Lead over employees that are Machinist WG-10, Machine Tool Operator WG-09, Machinist (WSPP) WG-08 and Machinist Helper WG-05;
Use shop mathematics to perform necessary calculations;
Ensure supervisor's instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines are met;
Ensure plans, blueprints, materials, and tools are available and stock is sourced from supply locations;
Work with trainees by demonstrating knowledge of the skill via On the Job Experience
