Quality Control Manager (QCM)
Required
Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of true Quality Control Manager (QCM) experience on construction projects
• Federal construction QC experience (USACE and/or NAVFAC strongly preferred)
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 40 certifications
• Ability to obtain base access (background check, direct access approval, "green light")
• USACE QCM certification or ability to obtain
• Hands-on QC experience (inspection, documentation, reporting) — not safety-only
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and OSHA regulations related to construction quality
• Strong understanding of:
• Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA)
• Federal construction quality standards & specifications
• Experience performing and documenting:
• Daily inspections
• QC reports
Nice to Have
Skills & Experience:
• Direct experience supporting NAVFAC or U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects
• First Aid / CPR certification
• EMT training (30–40 hours)
• Additional safety or federal construction training
• Experience working closely with Superintendents on federal sites
