About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor who can deliver a top-notch customer experience and rock the sales floor (and the behind-the-scenes) while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, all under the guidance of our amazing Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a top-notch customer experience and rock the sales floor (and behind the scenes) while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand.
- Take ownership in opening and closing the store, driving sales performance, coaching associates in real-time, and supporting the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves and perform cashiering duties.
- Stay current on our newest campaigns and product launches and promote our brand vision to customers.
- Promote a motivating and inclusive team environment and support daily operations.
- Friendliness, organization and excellent time-management skills.
- Confidence in leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
- Energy and excitement around our brand goals and values.
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holiday availability.
