Store Manager in Training

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn all aspects of leading a high performance retail nutrition store. In this role, you'll support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while developing deep product knowledge in vitamins, supplements, and sports nutrition. You'll assist with staffing, training, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory control, ensuring a clean, well stocked store that reflects GNC's wellness brand.

This role prepares you to step into a full Store Manager position with clear performance expectations and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Drive sales through consultative selling and product recommendations
• Lead, coach, and motivate store associates to meet performance goals
• Maintain store merchandising, inventory levels, and visual standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and a clean, welcoming store environment
• Learn and apply GNC policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices
• Track and report key performance metrics and support action plans
• Build strong product knowledge in vitamins, supplements, and sports nutrition
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members
• Model GNC's wellness-focused culture and customer-first mindset
