CTR Group is seeking 7 Red Badge Marine Pipe fitters with Active DoD Clearance for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in the Kittery, ME area. Former or recent Navy, especially Hull Technicians ideal! Pay Range: $32.10 - $37.19 per Hour Plus $74 / Day Per Diem JTR (Lodging & Travel Covered) for Non-Local Candidates!!! Contract Period: 9/28/2026 – 3/26/2027 REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of specialized U.S. Navy vessel or commercial marine pipe fitting experience Candidates must have experience with:
Fabricating, installing, removing, modifying, and repairing marine piping and hoses Submarine non-nuclear piping and temporary systems High- and low-pressure water, steam, gas, oil, and associated piping/fittings P-1, P-2, and P-3 piping systems Pipe cutting, bending, shaping, alignment, fit-up, and installation Reading and interpreting blueprints Precision measuring tools, including micrometers, depth gauges, and calipers Inspecting, testing, and removing piping, valves, hangers, and associated hardware NAVSEA/US Navy piping workmanship requirements We need 7 qualified candidates.
