This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Associate - Accounting, located in Klamath Falls, OR. The Project Associate will handle various accounting support tasks, including project cost tracking, financial reporting, and budget management. Daily responsibilities include data entry, coordinating with project managers, assisting in research for financial reports, and ensuring adherence to financial standards. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project accounting operations.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to process and interpret financial data and reports
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting financial information
- Proficiency in Project Management to support financial tracking and resource allocation
- Experience in Training and guiding team members on accounting processes and systems
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial documentation
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the construction industry or similar field is a plus
