Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime during high-volume periods) | Pay: $20–$24/hour
- Process Daily Transactions:
Handle check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling cash sales accounting schedules. - Audit Car Deals:
Review deals for accuracy and completeness prior to submission. - Track & Report Issues:
Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items to support compliance. - Collaborate with Store Teams:
Partner with Business Managers and dealership teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition. - Support Accounting Schedules:
Assist with maintaining reconciled schedules as assigned. - Cross-Train:
Learn additional functions, including Title & Registration, to support team operations. - Deliver Results:
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all responsibilities.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Dealership experience or experience processing car deals (preferred).
- Transferable experience in accounting, banking, or administrative roles is welcome.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Pay $20–$24/hour.

The full range for this position is $16.85–$26/hour. The anticipated starting pay is $20‑$24, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
