Sage Credit Union is looking for a qualified professional for our new Business Center Administrator position.

Description

The Business Center Administrator will actualize Sage Credit Union's mission by creating an effective and efficient environment that ensures a cohesive experience for every visitor and team member through the facilitation of physical plant and administration of equipment, supplies, and other resources.

Essential Job Functions
  • Oversight of Lakeport's day-to-day activities, setting the building's tenor and reinforcing the organization's values.
  • Administration of common areas, ensuring they are functioning, equipped, and set up for use.
  • Oversight of scheduling rooms and resources.
  • Receive and host visitors.
  • Interface with tenants, external users, employees, and vendors.
  • Supply management including office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies.
  • Manage physical and digital record retention.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, package, and supply distribution.
  • Support Facilities Management.
  • Maintain security procedures and conduct screenings.
  • Maintain diligence to ensure building, personnel, and information security.
  • Assist in various departments and team members as needed.
  • Support and back up members of the Executive Administration Team.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience working within a financial institution operation or similar experience.
  • Top-tier customer service skills.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Self-motivated to learn and grow within the position.
Physical Considerations
  • Level of confidentiality, trust, and diplomacy required, fostering sound relationships with external entities.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching below, at, and over shoulder level required.
  • Sitting – 80%; standing and walking – 20%.
  • Hearing, visual, and verbal ability required.
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required.
