Service Technicians

Up to $45.00 per Flat Rate Hour, depending on experience.

Used Car Technicians receive a 90-day guarantee!

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We’re looking for Used Car and Main Line Service Technicians who want to be part of a shop that feels like family: professional, reliable, and committed to doing things the right way. • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to manufacturer standards
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs
• Lead junior technicians when needed
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections
• Document all work performed in compliance with factory and warranty requirements
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required training

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as an Automotive Technician
• ASE certifications preferred, and we’ll support you in earning more
• Commitment to high-quality repairs and workmanship
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
