You will handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, and assist multiple departments with mail, deliveries, and routine AR tasks.
The position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager and focuses on accurate account information, prompt response times, and efficient mail processing to keep the Support Center
