- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school (required)
- Active Oregon dental license, DEA registration, and current ACLS/PALS certifications (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, community health, or similar clinical settings preferred
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, mentoring, and team development
- Strong working knowledge of FQHC operations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare policy
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care to diverse and underserved populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
