Position OverviewGreenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Dentist (DDS or DMD) to provide full-scope dental care in a relationship-based model in a mission-driven FQHC facility in Klamath Falls, OR. This role offers the opportunity to serve diverse and underserved communities within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 6 pm.

- Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Licensure: Valid Oregon dental license; CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience: Experience in FQHC or underserved settings is strongly preferred.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in full-scope general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and patient education. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to culturally responsive care and patient dignity, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and dedication to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations.
- Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
- Supervise dental staff and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance.
- Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and strategic planning.
Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
